Comment Policy

I reserve the right to delete comments I feel are not in keeping with my values on this blog, which basically means, but is left solely to my discretion: no spam, no blatant advertisements, no hate, no inappropriate language. Agreeing with me is not a requirement, discussion is welcome.

As a company owner, you have the right to

run your business your way, but, if you choose to have a ‘company’ party, inviting every single employee except two (even if they do not work with the same group and may not find out) is heartless. It also shows some people a side of you they really prefer not to have seen (or rather are glad they have seen because your ‘true’ personality was revealed, but so had hoped for better). Maybe spending money on a party in your case could have been put to better use, company morale-wise.
