A simple one today, already being addressed by others:
If you need to use the phone, pull over somewhere safe, then use it.
If you need to read directions, pull over somewhere safe, then read them.
If you need to discipline your children, pull over somewhere face, continue when they have calmed.
If you need to put on makeup, do it at home, if you feel the need to look up into a mirror, then have someone clever make a mock up of a car seat and rear view mirror — then put on your makeup at home. I’d rather see the after than the during. Have you watched yourself?
