		<description>Marcia - I sooooo needed to hear this today. Global peace, community peace, township peace, even blog peace, while worthy goals, are attainable only when we have our personal goals mastered and in check. The inner work....the self-analysis, the tiny steps we take as human beings to bring peace to our small universe, taking care of ourselves, our bodies, our minds, our souls......those things are often the hardest to achieve - but must be first on the list.

Having said that, thank YOU for giving ME the inspiration to step AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER FOR AWHILE and go have a latte.

Ahhh....

That&#039;s better.

But I&#039;ll be back. Just so ya know. lol..
