Change is healthy. Experimentation is healthy – to a point. I should be reading, scanning, working, cleaning. I’m not. Experimenting with plugins and organizing is more fun, though, the latter is being done more in my head than in reality. I am going back to the organized me, she comes and goes. Let’s see how [...] Time does not stretch as far as a rubber band, it merely dissolves right in the middle of a job! Amazing that we expect everyone to fix our screw ups. It is not that we don’t also fix the screw ups of others, but that we repeat our own and not just once or twice. That is what makes it abuse, self-abuse. Whether we just procrastinate, talk ourselves into, “it can’t happen to [...] A person with good acuity, forethought, patience, and spatial reasoning can fit 2 feet of stuff in a 1 foot space, but cannot get in another 3 more. One person’s definition of hard work is not and will not be the same as anothers. What is miserable one time can be fun the next. Reality is that as much as we try to forget tragic events for our own reasons, the rest of the world and our inner self will not let us. To gain the true needs in life, sometimes you have to give up part of which made you whole. For me it means giving up snow, a new found wonder, one I had waited 54 years to experience…. and fell in love and pure joy over. There will be days you will fall behind and not meet deadlines no matter how hard you try to do otherwise. Blog enough and someone will copy your photos or words without bothering with a simple acknowledgment. |
